We kindly ask clients who are feeling unwell to stay home. In urgent cases, please inform us prior to the appointment so we can work together to triage pets outdoors. Sick clients will be asked to wait outside the hospital to protect everyone’s health. Masks are now required for all clients and staff within the hospital.

Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patient’s needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
